Guided excursion and hiking to the Hermitage of San Zeno

At the top is thechurch of the same name, the oldest of the Intelvi Valley, Located 1025 meters of altitude. Its history is fascinating: it was built beforeyear one thousand on a pre-existing sacred area and is the oldest sacred building in the valley.

THEexcursion starts to Schignano, precisely in the hamlet of Auvrascio.

You go through a series of hairpin bends until you reach the pathway which, following a dorsal on which the Via Crucis , will lead us to the top of the Mount San Zeno.

To complete the ring of the excursion, we will have to retrace the Via Crucis and, once you arrive at the crossroads, take the opposite path compared to where we came from.
