Maturer and aged meats

One of the flagships of Latteria San Fedele is our selection of aged meats, carefully chosen to offer a unique experience.

The meat, coming from Italian and international farms, is matured for 40 days in our maturator. This process enhances the tenderness, richness of flavor and quality of the fat, making each cut a true excellence.

Among our proposals you will find:
