We have been making ice cream and artisanal specialties since 1999, El sabor has the aim of delighting the palate of as many people as they want enjoy a good artisanal product, strictly Italian.

It all started with my grandfather, then my father and then me.

We are in one constant research driven by a strong curiosity, making ice cream is a real job and to do it well, you have to love what you do and be guided by passion.

Our principles are very important and are clearly conveyed in our ice cream shops: education, compliance, cleaning, peacefulness e smile.

We put these principles into our products, but above all with all our customers. We are particularly fond of them because they have been passed down from my family, and we want them to be felt in our premises like at home.
