Our history has its roots in the past, when Daniele Tozzi, our founder and master ice cream maker, decided to share his art with the world.

In 2010, he perfected his skills at the prestigious "Carpigiani Gelato University" in Bologna, working alongside the greatest masters in the sector. There, he had the opportunity to teach high-quality gelato techniques to students from all over the world, an experience that enriched his educational path.

Our family adventure began when Daniele joined forces with his brother Fabio, an expert pastry chef, to realize a shared dream: to create a place where craftsmanship and a passion for Italian gastronomic tradition merged with innovation.

Thus, in May 2013, our company was born. Ice Cream Shop Pastry Shop Cafe Tozzi. Since the beginning, we have been committed to preserving and promoting Italian culinary traditions, creating desserts that convey love and passion.
