We are very excited to return with the experiences of #Foraging in the Alps: cultural days to show the botanical biodiversity of the forest and meadows.
Barbara by @agriturismoviadelcampo and a professional harvester, he will teach us to know the herbs in the forest, observing, touching and smelling, he will also show us how to transform everything wild into an aperitif.

Programme:
Meeting at 14.00 pm in Piazza Righetti, Lura (CO) from here the harvesting activity will begin through the woods which will take you to the Agriturismo (easy, within everyone's reach)

What the experience includes
Harvesting activity with an expert forager who will teach you how to recognize the spontaneous plants found in the woods. Aperitif based on the harvest which will be used to create various appetizers, non-alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks.
