Botanical walk and aperitif

We are very excited to return with the experiences of #Foraging in the Alps: cultural days to show the botanical biodiversity of the forest and meadows.

Barbara by @agriturismoviadelcampo and a professional harvester, he will teach us to know the herbs in the forest, observing, touching and smelling, he will also show us how to transform everything wild into an aperitif.
(which obviously we will savor together 🍸)

Programme:

• Meeting at 14.00 pm in Piazza Righetti, Lura (CO) from here the harvesting activity will begin through the woods which will take you to the Agriturismo (easy, within everyone's reach)
• Harvest-based aperitif.
