First stop: the stable. Here, you can admire the Verzasca Black Goats up close and learn about their characteristics and habits. With the help of experts, you will also learn to milk goats manually, a unique experience that will bring you even closer to these animals and will make you appreciate the value of their milk.
We then continue towards the dairy, where you will discover the secrets of processing Black Goat's milk. You will closely observe the different production phases, from coagulation to maturing, and you will learn to distinguish the different types of cheeses that are made with this precious ingredient.
