Cookie Privacy

What are cookies?

Cookies are notes that websites can ask your browser to write down, and then reread them at a later time. For example, if you choose to accept the use of cookies, or not to accept it, we must ask your browser to note this information, so that we can then re-read it and satisfy your choice.
It seems like a paradox but it's exactly like this: if you choose not to accept cookies, we must use a cookie to save your choice!

However, not all cookies are used to save your choices, others can be used to know the pages you have visited and your preferences. Some platforms, after obtaining your consent, can cross-reference this data with your personal information and thus know your interests better than your best friends.

We consider this practice to be incorrect and it is for this reason that on Larius Way we save only the necessary information with cookies, we anonymize it whenever possible, and we keep it for only 100 days.

Which ones do we use and why?

Cookies are divided into necessary and optional, first party and third party. First-party cookies are set directly by us, and over which we therefore have full control. Third party cookies are set by other platforms (third parties), with which we have chosen to collaborate, and which undertake to collect only anonymized data and always treat it in compliance with the European privacy law (GDPR).

What is stated below is the formal version of what is stated above.

This cookie policy applies to the entire Larius Way website, including all its second and third level internet domains. In particular:

    The Larius Way platform is hereinafter referred to as the "Site", all visitors to it are referred to as "users".

    This site uses cookies runners need  third parts; does not use cookies profiling first party.

    Cookies are small text files that websites (like this one) they ask to your browser to be able to save them on your terminal when you visit a web page and then be able to reread them when you visit a subsequent page.

        • remember user preferences, including consent to the use of cookies;

        • collect information anonymously on the pages visited and how the visitor arrived on the site, with the aim of obtaining useful information for improving the organization and presentation of the site's contents (for this purpose the "Google Analytics" service is used);

        • offer advertising Google Ads, in line with the preferences expressed and the pages visited on the site.

        • offer i third party services listed in the tables above.

      The installation of third-party cookies is requested from the browser used by the visitor only from pages that contain a specific external service. For example, a page that contains a Youtube video might ask the visitor's browser to install a Youtube cookie.

      Third-party cookies may use information about the pages you visit in order to show you content or advertising messages related to them.

      For information about the cookies of third-party services installed by each page, please refer to the cookie policies of the suppliers of these services, whose name is always present near the embedded element.

      According to current legislation, this site is not required to request consent for anonymized technical and Google Analytics cookies, as they are necessary to provide the requested services.

      For all types of cookies, consent can still be expressed by the user with one or more of the following methods:
